Business Analyst

Kilcoy Global Foods is looking for a high calibre Business Analyst that has the ability to engage effectively with the business to develop high quality process maps, user stories with associated documentation and Development Test Cases Scenarios. You will be solution orientated with the gravitas to consult with senior stakeholders. We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can map  end-to-end complex systems to provide insight into our processes, build and document UAT test cases for ongoing development, provide process improvement and improve support and delivery with the delivery of process documentation. We are looking for a motivated individual who can take charge of an activity and deliver results. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • As-Is/To-Be analyse including workshops, processing modelling, data modelling and user stories / business requirements
  • Perform scrum master accountability including backlog management, daily stand-ups, demo / retro
  • Accountability for quality management including testing
  • Accountability for user adoption (Training, Work Instructions, early life support, HOTS etc)
  • SME for system and processes in scope


To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring the following experience and skills:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in an Agile project environment
  • Strong business process modelling, process mapping and data models
  • Building Test Case Scenarios
  • Can demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, with an ability to bring clarity to an operational environment with complex influencing factors
  • Able to effectively work with a range of stakeholders - Administrative Staff, Management and Executive Management
  • Experience in writing functional requirements (ideally for Microsoft AX Development)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative and creative thinking
  • Experience with data analysis and modelling will be beneficial.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, ERP’s, CRM’s Azure and or AWS will be beneficial
